Many exciting events this spring at the Library!
Librarians were busy this spring organizing the collections. Now the library has a Primary Division collection with Easy fiction, Fiction, Non-Fiction and Reference books; and a Secondary Collection with Non-Fiction, Fiction, Biography and Reference collection for our MD and IB students.
Read! is our motto and SIS is reading. PD students are going home every week with books .Our students enjoy so much the ‘Scholastic Book Fair’ in February with Gerónimo Stilton (character of one the most popular books at the library). For the first time, an international writer visited our library. Ken Spillman, australian writer for children, had a nice meeting with our students sharing his stories and his world adventures. Our students enjoyed the meeting and had an autographed copy of his books. We were also very busy with library classes from KG-1 to MD8.
Now, we are getting ready for next year… planning a year full of events and activities! Don’t miss it!
